My little man and his best friend. . .

A couple of nights ago we went to a Metro Park with some of our friends and Ethan was so excited on the drive he could hardly keep himself from crying. Why was he so excited? Well, one might assume it was because he hadn't seen the outside for two days straight (poor kid), but it was because he was going to be able to play soccer with "my Davis". Davis is Ethan's best friend to the end. They are the best of friends and worst of enemies many times throughout the day when they are together.

Anyways, we had a great time grilling hot dogs (or smart dogs for me) and smores. The boys did not stop running the whole time. I was drooling over the light that evening first of all, and then I was drooling over the delightful Ghirardelli chocolate for our smores. . . . yum!

Happy 3rd and Happy 1st to my handsome little men. Their birthdays are one week apart so I made them take their birthday pictures together at Lynds fruit farm.

It was very cold, very wet and the skies were ready to burst with rain. Did that stop these two from having fun in the apple orchard? Not a bit! Okay, maybe that is a bit over exaggerated. But, it didn't stop them from having fun for about 30 minutes! Then, unfortunately, they started to notice their cold toes. Regardless, it was such a WONDERFUL time!
